- The Güde Alpha barrel oak was developed in collaboration with star chef Harald Rüssels. Over 80 years of aged wine barrels from the Mosel wine region meet Solingen forge. Two traditions have been fused into a masterpiece
- As one of the last German knife manufacturers, Güde relies on perfect handwork. The sharpening rod is made of alloy tool steel (chrome vanadium), rust-proof and hard chrome-plated.
- By regular resharpening with a sharpening steel, you maintain the extreme sharpness of the Güde knives. Remove your knives regularly with the sharpening rod and the joy of a sharp knife will not leave you
- Thanks to its 32 cm long sharpening surface, all types of knives can be removed on the sharpening steel. The hard chrome-plated steel ensures that the blade of the knife straightens up and thus the knife stays sharp
- The Solingen knife manufacturer Güde lives tradition. As one of the last knife manufacturers, Güde finished the knives by hand with manual steps and thus receives worldwide recognition. The forged knives are unique in quality
Attention: The knives from Güde are extremely sharp. Do not work with the blade to the finger or at hand. For long-lasting sharpness, the knife should be removed regularly. For this purpose, a whetstone, sharpening rod or similar is suitable. The knives should not be put in the dishwasher, even if some knives are dishwasher safe.
