The Micro Trauma Kit NOW! - PLUS is 30% larger than the original BFG micro medic kit (MTKN). This medical pouch is for those users who want the design of the MTKN but need to carry a full-size pressure dressing and chest seal. Available with a MOLLE med kit mount that adapts to plate carriers, vests, battle belts or other MOLLE compatible surfaces. It offers the same high speed access to your medical gear as the other BFG MED MTKN and TKN trauma first aid pouches.
In order to replace the proprietary mini trauma dressing and compact chest seals of the MTKN with full size components, the BFG design team reshaped the outer pouch and inner shingle to offer the most streamlined package possible. The MTKN!-PLUS offers the same high speed access and security for the trauma first aid pouch gear as the other MTKN! and TKN! med pouches by virtue of the inner med pouch shingle detaching instantly from the outer pouch with a pull of the ambidextrous tabs.
